As of April 15, 2007, Tangent Communications, Inc. has
acquired the intellectual property of Timeplex LLC
including software, schematics, board test equipment and
system test equipment. Tangent Communications will
provide all In-Warranty repairs and can provide
Out-Of-Warranty repairs. Tangent has been selling and
installing Timeplex cards and complete systems since
1990.
